Joined: Wed Jul 06, 2005 8:36 pm Posts: 5	Hacking Quake 3 servers Rencently I have come accross people that are able to gain access to the server and kick and even shut it down. With no passwords needed. My servers for 1.30 servers gets very busy averaging 24 players online. In the past few weeks I have been getting complaints that they are getting kicked. I checked it out and one guy who was there was kicking people. I tried banning him but that didnt do any good as he'sa tech. He then even proved it to me that he can gain access to the server. He would tell me other then its a back door. So my question to you is, is this a flaw in quake 3 1.32 or is it an open port that you can close so this does not happen.
