Excellent tool! Please can you add horizontal flip to the menu? It would help us game developers, as sprites often come facing one way. I can get to this by clockwise flipping and saving 3 times, I guess, but that's not very practical.
Ignore the one-star rating. Works perfectly if you take the time to read instructions; that's what the developer's site is for. Handles a wide variety of tasks. I use it regularly to prepare image files for client projects.
A previous reviewer said 'no instructions, no documentation, .EXE (Windows) no nothing...? come on. why even post this.' It only takes a few minutes to figure out how the program works. Click on the Input tab to select your files and click on the Rename and Output tabs for the location of your modified files. The tabs in the middle are for modifying the files. If you have the Windows version of this program then stick the dbp.exe file into the C:Program FilesGIMP 2libgimp2.0plug-ins directory. The directory may be slightly different on your computer. Then open GIMP, select Filters then select Batch Process. Some people like me find this program very useful and it saved me a lot of time.
Excellent plugin. It does the job beautifully. The best way to get it working is by compiling it from the source code.
